Members should click "First Time User" and enroll in homebanking following the prompts. All member numbers from CommonRoots will now be 6 digit member numbers. Prefix for the member number is 500,000. If members add 500,000 to their existing member number, that is the number they will use to enroll in online banking (i.e. current member number =1234, new member number =501234).
